Tap water vs Bottled water

Interesting experiment reported in Decanter.

I'm tempted to go back to one Canberra restaurant that I hear still declines to provide tap water as an alternative to expensive bottled water and then tell them I decline to eat at a restaurant that doesn't have a tap and a jug or clean bottle and then walk out.

Hmmm,

Wonder if Sydney's finest would have came up trumps in that tasting. I have always been partial to our country's top drop.
