Michelin Guide Comes to SA!

This is a great initiative and I hope it encourages more adventurous dining and meticulous understanding of fresh local produce.

I feel Adelaide will underwhelm. Regionally SA will do well.

Any predictions?

Bib Gourmand - which I believe will be very prevalent ie: “ Bib Gourmand is a prestigious award by the Michelin Guide that recognizes restaurants offering high-quality food at moderate, budget-friendly prices. It is named after Bibendum, the official Michelin Man mascot.”
