My first taste of this producer. Black cherry, red liquorice, tar, ash, smoky spices. Chewy tannins and bright acidity.
At first I thought the alcohol was a tad out of balance, but that seemed to dissipate with time in the decanter.
Good now but will be better in 5 years time.
