Except on Grays... there seems to be an occasional lack of homework done by some bidders on Grays.... :?

Yes... But Grays manipulate the uninformed masses who they attract to their website with blanket advertising by NOT listing an estimated price range based on past sales.

They sell great to lots of one-off buyers who have no idea of the price they should be paying and have a mental image in their head that the retail price is the value of the wine or, worse of all, the last price they have in their head is from a article they have read from some uninformed and lazy journalist who perpetuate the myths ...
Cheers

Langtons never the same since bought by Dans, just a slow descent. Everything now run by accountants who don't care about wine.
