Forgot I had a few of these buried in the cellar. Last tasting showed it needed more time. Any recent TN's to see where it's at?
Any comment Ric?

They still are years of their best. The 96 is still not ready to go.

Chuck, despite being stuck with the Jacobs Creek name the 96 and 98's are excellent wines.
When last tried a few months back the 98 still had several years to peaking so I wouldn't be rushing to crack one, unless it was was scientific purposes of course. I'll defer to TORB on the 96, it's been a fair while since I had one of those.
I think you'll be pleased with your purchase whenever you decide to drink them.
