The two Shiraz are-
1) Taylors 2002- This is very enjoyable and drinkable now. Much more refined, less punch, than a Barossa Shiraz and in very good balance. This can improve but VG now. :D

2) Tyrrells Rufus Stone Heathcote 2002 - This wine needed time to come good, but when it did it packed a punch. Being a week night I had to put half the bottle aside but wanted to finish it. The fruit is there in bucketsfull and the oak very much in the background. Tannins and acid aplenty to allow for the long haul. For $17 it is great QPR.

3) Bleasdale Frank Potts 1998 - I have written about this wine sometime back but had put a bid on some and wanted to see how it was going. It is travelling very well. I reckon it is in the drinking window now and will stay there for another 4+ years. Got my 12 at auction and very happy at $19. :D
