TN: 1996 Orlando Centenary Hills Shiraz

A dark red color with some bricking around the edge. A nose of pepper, a little anise, chocolate and berrys. On the palate I always seem to get a hint of orange fruits but this time it seemed to be dominated by layers of plums, chocolate and coffee. A very elegant and full bodied wine with a wonderful silky mouthfeel, simply terrific.
