Vinho Verde is a traditional style made in NW Portugal. Its light, low in alcohol, high in acid & slightly spritzig. Made quickly & drunk quickly I think. Can anyone tell me how its made, especially the white?

Yes I've tried disaster bay chilli wine. Its made from organic chillis at Eden NSW. I think they claim it to be the only wine in the world made entirely from chillis. Its not outrageously hot & could even be mistaken for a white grape wine except for the obvious chilli heat. Sip it from a small ...
